  • OP, you might want to look up Dr. Fuhman. He advocates a Nutritarian diet- always choosing the foods with highest micronutrients. This diet will improve your health. If blood pressure is your concern, it won't hurt to try. Works for me.

  • You can't control what comes out of other people's mouths, but you can control what goes into yours. If you have had weight loss success in the past, you can get back on track. But do it for yourself and your health.
  • Baby # 3 due first week if August. Walking 30 minutes every morning (known for 12 days) and praying that pregnancy sickness doesn't set in. It feels so good to be healthy at this point- very sick with first two pregnancies.

  • Thanks, Francl27. It is just such a small gap. I don't want to do anything extreme. We don't have a food scale but I am crazy with the measuring cups and spoons.
