I have the exact same issue here. Lost only 1 lb in a month! I do weigh my food, track everything and exercise 3 to 4 times a week. I like Tyson's teriyaki chicken breast with brown rice and a vegetable.

If you put a little bit of vinegar in the water when you cook the shiritaki noodles it helps to get rid of any smell.

Please add me too! I have been trying to lose the same 15 to 20 pounds for ages. I am lost as what to do. I lose 5 to 7 pounds and gain it right back repeately. Help!!

I have the same problem! I lose a few pounds and gain it all back then lose again. this is a vicious cycle for me. I find that as I get older it gets so much harder to lose the weight and keep it. I find it hard to keep the calories within my range and feel full and satisfied.

Thanks for the tips. It seems like the last 10 or 15 pounds are the harderst to lose. I have been trying to lose the same 15 pounds forever it feels like.
