I've been filling myself with liquids...low cal, low sodium soup (homemade), tons of water, etc. It's working for me. Right now I am STUFFED and only have had 284 calories today (egg white, toast, soup, water, water, water and an ice coffee!).

Started 30 day shred today, well I did about 15 mins yesterday just to try it but did the entire thing today. I am SORE, my thighs..OUCH! I'm not sure how I'll feel tomorrow, are you supposed to do this every day for 30 days?
