Short answer: yes, I seem to get noticed pretty often. I think it's the hair. But it can get really annoying as it makes me super uncomfortable when guys 'notice' me (with saying things, stares, whistles, honks, etc) because of how self-conscious I am. I always assume they are doing it in a mocking way.
