How to Log Calories From Weight Training???
Hi everyone, I'm very curious as to how I can log my calories burned from strength training. I'm on the weight machines for 30ish minutes a day (bench press, leg press, bicep curls, etc.) so I don't want that exercise to count for nothing, but I don't have access to a calorie counter or anything to wear during the workout.…

Alcoholic Beverages
I'm not a frequent drinker or anything, but I do enjoy the occasional drink with dinner or night out with friends. I've always been a beer girl, but the amount of calories in beer is ridiculous. Any suggestions for lower calorie drinks? I like to enjoy my drink, so no shots..

Always too much sugar. Help!
So this morning I had 1.5 cups of cereal (Irresistibles Muesli - Harvest Fruit) with 1 cup of skim milk, and a banana. I am already WAY over my recommended sugar for the day - That breakfast was 37g! How the heck am I supposed to stay under 24g (or even the 35g it goes up to once I'm done my daily workouts)??
