Hi everyone,
I'm very curious as to how I can log my calories burned from strength training. I'm on the weight machines for 30ish minutes a day (bench press, leg press, bicep curls, etc.) so I don't want that exercise to count for nothing, but I don't have access to a calorie counter or anything to wear during the workout.
PS. I log my calories from cardio according to what the machine (elliptical, usually) reads.
Any advice would help!! Thanks.

there is a section in the app that says strength and it asks for the weight info and calculates the calories. for example. .. bench press barbell at 5 reps at 135 lbs will give you an estimated calorie burn.
i hope this helps i just started this today.
