im 19, almost 20 and people think im 14 haha I always get carded! even for 15 movies or lottery tickets! But it has its benefits as I can easily get away with getting a child ticket for things

alcohol can damage your liver and slow down your metabolism if consumed heavily regularly which would then slow down weight loss however an odd drink once in a while is totally fine

i prefer the treadmill and running, just because thats how i lost weight the first time round, ive noticed that the elliptical made my thighs really bulk up (or the squats but im just gonna blame the elliptical haha)

it doesnt really matter if you get a female or male model as far as i remember, would be silly if it did as you just set your sex in the settings. also add like an exercise to your mfp database such as "gym" or "hrm" and just put in the numbers yourself

no offence but this seems like a load of bull****. to calculate the nutrients of something you should have to blend it to a paste and do several tests on it

I think swimming would be great but check with your doctor first tho! And you can use anything for weights, fill a 1 litre bottle with water and you have a 1kg dumbbell. also you can still use your own body weight. woman press-ups on your knees? ab exercises. and just general walking on crunches burns a lot of calories!

carbs are not very high in calories, theyre same as protein, 4calories per 1g. fat is high in calories 9calories per 1g

i read in a magazine (so not the best source of information but ya know) that you should ditch the rice cakes while trying to lose weight as they have little nutritional value or something, and i only really like the ones that are smothered in caramel so i guess those are most definitely not healthy!
