Watermelon! I normally have half for breakfast in the summer and it can rock up to about 1000 calories! also I have bread which is like 126cal per slice, like they aren't even big slices! or when wraps are like 250! I'm like whaaaatt howwww

I think its up to the person really, I spend less money on food than my friends do and I have a healthy high raw diet filled with fruit and veggies in abundance and then back up options of rice potatoes and beans when I'm low on fruit. And I can do that on about £25 a week easy!

yeah if you aren't drinking it then it doesn't get absorbed also if you're really worried about this ask your dentist about soda-water rinse (soda and water not actual soda water) Thats what I used last time I had a tooth ache just cos i couldn't remember if it was salt or soda but it helped :)

wow how do you eat over 2000mg? I got 600 today cos i didnt realise how bloody salty sun dried tomatoes are! like its high on the days I have sushi but thats about it but yeah cut out the processed crap cook more yourself

Yes! She taught me how to torrent, i mean in legal purposes of course! She doesn't know as much as me (it would be awkward if she did seeing as I'm a computer science major) But she can use excel better than me haha! I always have to ring her up and ask how to use it

normally in through the nose, out through the mouth zip up so your neck is covered and cover your mouth with a scarf if you can

There are lots of people that eat fruit and veggies (in the raw form and some even cooked although some nutrients are lost then) but yeah you'd have to do it over a day to get the benefits and also to people making toilet jokes, if you eat ripe fruit your digestion will thank you for it, and you won't spend all your time…

carbs, fats and protein are used differently in the body, so the energy of 1 calorie from something is 0.004184kilojoules however how it used in the body and how you feel from it is different,

LOL! they have pretty much same nutrition I use soy milk for baking and if for some rare occasion id have like cereal or something blue diamond almond milk would be my first choice
