I'm on that, its great, losing weight, eating **** load of fruit, better performance in sport, always happy, loads of energy etc.. theres a few of these studies if you snoop around

I'm always eating but thats probably more to do with how fast the food i eat digests (normally 2 hours max) this maybe something you want to look into when planning your meals if you don't want to eat every couple of hours but yeah theres nothing wrong with eating often

a cup is 250ml! gets very confusing when youre baking using american recipes and something doesnt work! i just have a litre mason jar and try and drink 2+of those a day

I just made a stew :D just throw some veggies in a pan and cook in stock, also add some spices like mustard seeds and paprika :D

I eat enormous amounts of carbs right now while doing low fat and my tummy is flatter than it has ever been, when i did a standard diet i couldnt get rid of it. and a lot of people have also had success with this, high carb + low fat is amazing for stomach flatness.

my parents have one of those scales and mine is around 19% usually, im 5'6 and 119lb ish

im pretty open with my mother so its never really a problem

normally a meal, but then again they are normally around 700 calories and i'll have like 4 bananas, 4 dates, water, spinach and sometimes frozen or fresh berries

to be honest brown rice isnt much better than white and white rice is not bad. i used to only eat brown rice but now ive switched back to while and noticed no change what so ever plus white tastes so much better

corn pasta is a must pretty sure rice is fine as for bread you can get gluten free bread at many supermarkets now or just forget about it, I've stopped eating it pretty much completely now more fruits more veggies and p.s. carbs arent bad

please if i can eat 1500+ calories of raw food you can eat 1700 calories of normal food. eat bigger portions have an odd banana here and there have a smoothie (thats around 250 calories for a normal person) nuts are a very good one!

you're skinny as it is, trying to lose that much isn't healthy trying to lose that much in that period of time isn't healthy the way you're trying to lose it isn't healthy
