I totally understand. I don't seem to get the most hungry until after 8pm which is the time I least am likely to burn any food off. I have started sipping on hot green tea which has helped or eating a low calorie snack like a dark chocolate granola thin or a fiber one brownie.

Hi, I had been on here before but wasn't consistent. I re-started last week and have set the goal to lose 50 lbs. I find this site so helpful and am looking for people as well who want to lost 30 - 50lbs for support and encouragement.
