I'm 5'2", 43 years old and started one week ago at my highest weight ever, 244. I was just thoughly sick of myself and clearly my strategy of doing nothing about it wasn't working. I have about 100 lbs to lose and I just started a week ago (Body by Vi shakes for breakfast and lunch, healthy snacks and a reasonable dinner). No exercise yet, as I just don't feel up to it yet. I'll let you know tomorrow morning when I do my first scale check. Good luck to you! We can do this!
