I have about 100 lbs to lose and I just started a week ago (Body by Vi shakes for breakfast and lunch, healthy snacks and a reasonable dinner). No exercise yet, as I just don't feel up to it yet. I'll let you know tomorrow morning when I do my first scale check. Good luck to you! We can do this!
