  • Yes. Drink water when exercising and always stretch. Soreness is a buildup of lactic acid in the muscles. Stretching & water helps me a great deal.
  • It's way too difficult to record food & exercise entries into this system. Sometimes less is more. I don't have the kind of time to deal with the restrictions present. I know what I'm doing & how much I'm burning. I just want to enter it and be done with it. I'm a busy girl.
  • Thanks much for the site. Like it. Still, I can't enter the info. onto fitness pal without having to spend hours. Not an option. Is there an easy, yet somewhat accurate way to do it?
  • Yes and in a major way if you do a lot of them (over 40) with correct form: But out and down, using your core & butt muscles to push you back up.
  • It's approx. 765 or less, depending on your current muscle mass. More muscle, more cals burned.
