I think you need to log your food, meet your calories and get a heartrate monitor. Your first few weeks starting weight loss should be fast, and then slows down after a while. Continue to do cardio and strength training, but at a higher intensity. I found that if I push myself with my workouts I see faster results.

I definitely feel ya on that one. I had a c-section too and my belly had never been the same. But since I've lost weight, its definitely gotten smaller. My husband says the only way to get rid of belly fat is to do a lot of cardio, HIIT, so that's what I'm doing now. So far, I can feel the fat melt. I have not done any…
