I have a blogspot that I use, but I have kept it private. I have been writing there for about 6 years and maybe someday I will share it with the world but it helps me tremendously just to look back at my past feelings, whether positive or negative, ideas I have, some pictures thrown in there too.

I have a Desk Cycle under my desk that I purchased on Amazon. It's great, I shoot for 15-20 minutes each hour and check them off as I go throughout the day. It's not an intense workout by any means but it does keep my heart rate up a bit and makes me feel a little better about sitting behind a desk all day :)

UPDATE! More than a month of having my cycle and I am up to 50 miles per day, 1200+ calories burned. I make a little chart and shoot for 20 minutes of cycling per hour. I check them off as I go. :smile:

Thanks! Unfortunately my commute is 25+ miles all highway, otherwise i would break out my real bike for sure!

I think I probably look ridiculous when i run on the treadmill (which is one reason I never look behind me at the lovely wall of mirrors.) No one my size is ever running on them, but i figure the gym is the one place i don't mind looking stupid because I am doing something to better myself!
