I weigh myself daily because I like to track the trend of my weight loss. Also, it does help me stay accountable. If I miss a day, that turns into missing 2 days, then 2 weeks, etc. Daily weigh ins are definitely not for every one but for me, I like it. Woohoo!! I'm also with you, trying to not drink any alcohol this month- made it through last weekend, which was surprisingly easy. I love relaxing with a few glasses (errr...sometimes a whole bottle...) of wine every weekend. It's crazy how many empty calories alcohol has though! We got this!
