  • Yesterday would have been day 8, but I did stretching weights and ab moves without the cardio. I walk everyday. I feel like the cardio is hard on my knees and hips due to my weight. I can feel a difference though. I know their are inches lost.

  • mcdonalds for breakfast every day with a large coke. i was a coca cola addict. i ate plenty of fresh and cooked veggies and fruit, but there was too much bad that the good wasn't good enough.
  • dasani and many other companies make those calorie and sugar free flavor drops. a little goes a long way. also, you can make tea and put ice in it and some splenda or stevia for sweetness without sugar or calories.
