  • Basically my exact weight and goal, I’m 5’6”, have sent you a request:)
  • Well done, you look fantastic! And lovely pictures of you and your gorgeous nephew :)
  • Hiya, Just wanted to say I am in the same boat :) I was only a few pounds from my goal when I found I was pregnant. Unfortunately I got a bit carried away in my first trimester, I couldn't find the energy to work out and didn't follow my healthy eating that I had been before and have put on the weight a bit faster than…
  • Yes, this has happened to me a lot recently with going on holidays and not always being able to exercise. But I just think of the 3500 calories to a lb, it would take a long time to put on all the weight you've lost so far, it certainly wouldn't be completely ruined just by a few days. You've got all those days of working…
  • Brilliant, it is a great problem to have isn't it! I got a air of trousers the other day and looked at them and thought, no way am I getting into these, but they fit fine, in fact are a little loose! I think the mind definately takes a while to chatch up!
  • I'm just goin to repeat what everyone's said so far but yes, stick at it and you will get there! I was exactly the same in jan and I'm up to 7k now and I'm due to do a 10k in sept. You will deiantely get better, but not if you do t keep at it :) you're doing the right thing to start off though!
  • Me! I have a 10k in Sept and a Half in October :) I've been doing 5k a couple of times a week so I'm building on that at the moment!
  • I agree, if I find myself wanting to eat the rest of a meal when i'm full and picking at it, I throw it in the bin... I'm not going to eat it out of there!! I do purposely cook non appetizing meals sometimes actually too :blushing:
  • Hey, I've got some Thai chicken and pineapple stir-fry (recipe from skinnytaste.com) which I re-heated. I tend to make a big salad or this type of meal on a Sunday and make up four boxes ready for the week.
  • I did my boot camp this morning, then half hour in the gym ( ineed to pass some time!) I did the cross trainer and rower. Tonight I will be doing another hour in the gym, I haven't decided what yet though!
  • I am in the uk too and I've been wondering about this a lot over the last few weeks since I've been keeping track of my calories. I don't think I could get to 2000 calories eating healthy food in one day. and if I did I would definately be putting on weight and I exercise every day. I definately agree that it's very…
  • I will be at my goal weight (or just under to allow for some christmas cake) and maintaining, and I will be a size 8/10 (uk)
  • Today was day8 level 1 for me. I'm not looking forward to level 2 and I tried it the other night and it has loads of planks in which are my absolute worst exercise, but hopefully it;ll make me better at them and I won't hate them so much by the end..maybe! I am looking forward to getting some results though, i'm getting a…
  • Hi, I've been doing herbalife for about 2 months now, I've lost about 8 lbs. I don't know if it's the actual products making me lose weight, but I find it so much easier than having to make a choice about what to eat twice a day!bin sure I could lose weight without out but I'd struggle more with my food choices. I do see a…
  • Yes Anita is definately my friend at the mo, but I want to be friends with the other girl, whose name escapes me right now! I'll get there eventually!
  • I'm only on day 3 and feeling the soreness! But I can't wait to have my own before and agrees to post! * fingers crossed it works for me!* Everyone looks so good :)
  • Yes!! Arms are really killing! I had to use smaller weights for the side lunges this morning
  • I had a bootcamp session this morning so will be doing day 2 when I get home from work about 9pm tonight. Then I will collapse in a heap and go to sleep :)
  • How did we find it today then the ones who've done it today?? I found it alright, i didn't want to to die like I thought I would! I still felt the burn though, not sure I will do the full ten days on level one, maybe just a week.
  • I just did my first one a few hours ago! I will add you :) I was thinking of posting s tread myself. So I'm glad you have!
  • I'm in Barry, again not far away! Feel free to add me, I have no friends as yet! (on here anyway! lol)
  • I am the same too! I tend to have a day or two off over the weekend as my treat, but now I'm going to try and go two weeks without a treat, and after that go a month. I guess it's just about planning and being organised, and at least trying to get some exercise in to balance it out!
