I'm a picky eater, and I just modify recipes to what I like, so take out some of the ingredients and change some others, but keep the general recipe

Are you able to do exercise dvds, or create a at home workout? Maybe see if there is a swimming pool you could go to.

I found it hard to drink water, but I found an app to remind me to drink more, you put in your details and it tells you how much you need to drink per day, and gives reminders during the day if you're not drinking enough.
