Not eating enough calories during the day. Sounds funny I know but I do really well during the day and have over 1/2 my calories (regular not exercise) when I go home. Where I eat and eat and eat.

You can do this. These weeks remind you of how far you have come and the changes you have made. Venting is awesome. It's not letting the negative win and giving you the power to squash it. We are all here for you and know you will get through this week stronger and more motivated.

Great tips thanks for sharing. I will do good on Thanksgiving as we don't eat a traditional dinner - he hates turkey. Christmas is mostly snacks and cocktails - so I will have to workout a lot more that week. I think the 5K on Thanksgiving (or really just a run) the morning of any of the holidays is a great idea.

I have taken it for years. Just last year my periods started coming only every 3mos (after a lifetime of regular periods). OB said this was a change in my body and to take them straight through and only have 1 period every 3mos now. Could be your body adjusting I would double check with your Doc.

Congratulations on the weight loss! I am a pre-diabetic and am trying to figure all this balancing carbs with protein when I eat. I have to start monitoring my levels to get a better baseline so I interested to see what everyone says.

It's $380 a year - $31.67 a month - $15.84 every 2 weeks... I bet most of us spent more than $15.84 on fast food every 2weeks before we started eating healthy. Well worth the extra money to save my life.

I agree with all the things people have posted. I also want to add: Find a doctor you like and work with them. I am going through the same thing now and I love my doctor. She is supportive and suggests different things, set me up with a nutritionist, and physical therapy for the new aches and pains working out have…
