I think you are so right!! My calories have been too low for years. I just recently --a few weeks ago-- increased my calories. I gained a bit but most of the time I feel better. More in control. This morning was my first loss so I feel like we're going in the right direction.

Yay congrats! I've been vegan for a year and love it! Btw, it's all about adjusting it to work or your lifestyle. Something that hd me back from being vegan fr years was thinking, " I don't want to be the fussy girl who can't go out to dinner at a normal restaurant or be invited to someone's house for dinner w/o the…

I had a terrible dizzy spell about 6 weeks ago . It lasted the entire day! My vision was kind of blurred like I couldn't focus. And I was exhausted. I was really shaky. I self diagnosed as possible water intoxication but my cals were definitely too low at that point as well. I stopped chugging so much water and it never…

Agree!! The trail mixes are awesome!! I also love the frozen veggies like fire-roasted peppers and onions...also frozen baby artichokes. I recently tried the mushroom quinoa sushi... It was pretty good! For a treat, the triple ginger cookies are amazing. Also dark choc almond bark...for a craving.

I'm 4'11" and 110. My first goal is 100, UGW is 97. Once I get to 100, ill decide if it would make sense to go lower. Want to keep my muscles!

Is that true? I'd never heard of it before but I had gall lbladder surgery almost 4 yrs ago... Wonder if this has made weight loss harder/slower. Hmmm...

Amayajo, that's awesome! Thanks for posting that-- I've been very low cals for months and the scale has barely budged! Just started thinking recently that its probably too low ...and I need to be closer to 1200-1300 (I'm 4'11"). So it's encouraging to hear it helped you as well. Thanks!!
