Yangi, is squash sort of like the syrup you'd add to your coffee for vanilla/hazelnut/whatever that's just mixed with water or soda water? I've seen it mentioned on British tv shows but I'm not quite sure what it is lol.

I generally do. Sunday, Tuesday, and Thursday is strength with just a bit of cardio (sometimes more for "bonus points") and then Monday and Wednesday is only cardio.
