  • I log in the morning also. It's easier for me to follow a plan than to play by ear. I eat more crap when I do that. I don't log exercise until after I'm done doing it though.

  • Gah I love this thread!! I've definitely got the apple shape. Everyone tells me I have great legs but it stops there haha. I love the hourglass figures in the after pictures. I hope I've got that hiding under all this belly fat. Such inspiration!! Thanks for posting :D
  • feel free to add me too. I've been on this site off and on for awhile but recently I've been sticking to it. I kept forgetting what this website is called. I finally found it and book marked it. I lost about 80lbs on my own and I'm here to lose another 80ish
