i have OCD. my shelves, cupboards, closets, EVERYTHING, has to be organized & uniform. this is what i do.... each shelf needs a theme. (like in the grocery stores) example: shelf 1: spices, sugar, flour, etc shelf 2: can goods (but then subdivide them into catagories like: 1 row all veggies, 2nd row all fruits, 3rd row…

i have a fun dates. 1. we went to berres brothers factory/coffee shop. we got to sample all the different flavors of coffee & we got to watch them grind the beans. it was pretty neat. 2. another fun date was we went to a cheese house. got to free sample all the different cheeses, local micro brews of beer & wine & taste…

sometimes i get bored with the same ole same ole choices too. so i like to change it up a bit with substitutions. like spinach lasange or eggplant parmesian or tacos made with refried beans & no meat. im not a vegetarian, but its fun to try my comfort favorites with a new twist. good luck

if your skin is sore from the skin stretching try some lotion with cocoabutter in it. if your skin is sore from the skin rubbing on skin, use cornstarch. it acts as a barrier & it will absorb any moisture that may get trapped in the folds.
