Although the number right now seems overwhelming, it is doable. My goal when I joined in April was to lose 180lbs, I have lost 87 so far and I am hoping 2014 sees me at my goal weight. Feel free to add me and we can motivate each other along the way.

I wake up at 4:45 am and get to the gym by 5:15 or 5:30 at the latest. I also go to be at 9pm.
