I've had my Ninja for about 10 days and am absolutely in love. My fav so far: 1/2 cup cottage cheese, a banana, 1 T peanut butter, 1 scoop vanilla protein powder, ice, water. Yummmmy shake. One of my recent favorites is an old standby: a bowl of soup (Amy's Black Bean & Vegetable is my current go-to) and a basic salad with JUST veggies and dressing. No croutons, cheese, etc. I'm a vegetarian, so the black beans in the soup are a good protein source for me.

Took measurements last night and my waist and hips are both 2 inches smaller than they were on April 1st!
