  • Running shorts with built-in underwear are the way to go. I wear the kind with built-in briefs, but they also make some with built-in boxer briefs if you prefer.

  • My Nike+ is pretty accurate on the road. It reported 2.45 miles this morning. Google Maps says it was 2.5.   • The smaller you get, the less calories you need to maintain your current weight. So, in order to keep losing weight, your calorie intake has to keep going down. I'm not sure exactly what triggers the decrease here at MyFitnessPal, but my guess is it will go down every 5 pounds or so. Congrats on your weight loss so far!
