So I just did day 10 l1 only took me two weeks to get there ups However I appear to have stretched something at the side of my calve over the weekend. Gave it a proper rest for two days and it seemed fine last night but now it's really painful again. Really annoyed. But I have backup plan . Just found her yoga meltdown on…

Thanks for the kind words Leerox. I finally got day 4 in which should have been day 6 oh well Back on the happy track! On the plus side it was nice to do the exercise without being sore from the day before :)

Same here couldn't fit day 4 in yesterday and not sure I'll be able to today and while I don't miss jillian I missed the feeling of success and being proud of myself that I did it. Didn't expect it too affect my cheerfulness that much.

Just done day 3 and I already feel a bit fitter. Did it first thing in the morning now ready to start the day.

Hi, just saw this thread and thought awesome just what I needed. About to do day2level1 made it through day one ok but am very very stiff now who'd have thought there are muscles in my backside. Good luck everyone, excited to hear how we all get on.
