Fruit Salsa with cinnamon sugar chips.. I chop up whatever fruit I have, apples, stawberris, kiwi, pear.. whatever.. I chop them into little cupes (like a 1/4 inch square) add some sugar free jam in whatever flavor you want, just a tablespoon or so.. you can also just sweeten with splenda or something.. it should rest…

I don't think that your pedometer really knows that you are on an eliptical instead of straigh up walking.. I use this website a lot.. http://www.healthstatus.com/calculate/cbc

I use a stainless steel water bottle.. from thermos.. it keeps the water iced cold and I drink through a straw, and..lol.. I can't see the contents so I am not as focused on it. For some reason that all works for me.. I definitely think the straw works wonders.

White potatos have more starch.. and that is part of the problem but no potatos are not bad.. everything in moderation. Mostly for me.. and a lot of others.. it isn't so much the potato as it is the preparation or serving of it.. for example.. I don't eat a baked potato plain it has butter, sour cream and salt.. or we like…

I like hidden valey.. I think it has the most flavor for a fat free dressing.

We worked with a group of co-workers.. now known as the wellness committee and found that everyone was having the same problem so we decided t make an office policy that you can only bring things in on Friday.. has worked great for us

hummus and veggie wrap.. spread hummus on a wrap, add any crispy veggies you want, roll up and tada!! lunch!!

yes.. turkey naturally has a lot more sodium.. it is I think, second only to Pork/Ham
-
Mix it with some bread crumps or rice, some cheese and some seasoning and use it as filling for stuffed peppers.. yummy!!
-
I have used goat cheese as filling for stuffed mushrooms and tomatos and it melts so nice that it works with grilled cheese as well.

I don't love spinach either but if I use some spinach and some romain lettuce that works for me.. I also can put it on pizza or in quicke and I don't mind it.. and even some soups too
-
I make a ton of protein/cereal bars.. they are just ridiculously expensive and the whole fmaily loves them but everyone likes different ones.. So we make a little buffet and make them up.. For the base I use 1 cup of fiber one cereal and 1 cup of whole grain oats for the glue (and this is totally adjustable) 1/4 cup of…

Sometimes we add chicken too.. I forgot that part.. about 1 pound, chopped and sauted before the mushrooms and leeks
-
I don't have exact measurements because we never use them.. but here goes.. a couple of fresh leaks, slice down the middle and chop 1 opound of mushrooms (or more) any variety and you can mix and match pasta chicken stock a little butter and some garlic sautee the leeks and mushrooms in butter, garlic and a little olive…

unfortuantely yes.. the diuretic can do that. Especially if you have been on it for a while. Your body needs some time to adjust and isn't sure how to get rid of the extra fluid on its own. Watch your sodium.. and I mean really watch it. I try to keep mine about 2000 or below. Also you will need to drink a lot more water…

Any of Subway's sandwiches, d'angelos has turkey that s really yummy, you can get grilled chicken from BK or McDonalds and you can get Chili and a baked potatoe from Wendy's.. that is what I can think of :)

I get 1700 calories (like how I said that like it is prize for being fat) so basically I do about 500 calories for each meal with an extra 200 for snacks..that works for me.. sometimes I switch it up a little...and eat less of my calories for breakfast if I know I am going to go over for dinner. I don't do any special…

I think it depends on your definition of bad.. They are way high in Sodium and are not usually high in protein because that costs more than carbs for them to make. They also have all kinds of other un natual stuff. We make our own.. we use left overs (or I make something specifically for it) and then freeze in individaul…

metamucil.. 2 big old tablespoons.. I get the orange flavor and do it in water.. then I chug it down. I is not pleasant tasting but isn't the worst either. I have been on it for years.. I have tried all the options and nothing works as well. I don't remember why, but there is a reason that it works. Be sure not to take any…

When you put the recipe in you have the option to save it just for you or to publish it. I don't remember the details because I haven't done it in a bit but it was pretty easy

I buy the frozen shelled ones and I turn it into hummas in the food processor with some sea salt and olive oil.. it is awesome!!
-
sugar free hot chocolate mix. Disolve in boiling water first.. just enough to make it disolve like 1/4 cup. Then add to cold skim milk
-
this will sound crazy but fiber!! Metamucil actually and it is gross but it has a "bulking" agent in it that if you take it reguarly (2 tblespoons once a day).. that will more than likely balance you right out.
-
some sort of casserole with ground beef, beans and whatever else I can find to throw in it and maybe potatos on top..
-
Don't give up!! Try switching something up.. maybe a different kind of exercize, try a low carb high protein diet????

My suggestion would be to not worry to much but learn to listen to your body.. I think that is where we all have gone wrong. We are forced to clear our plate as children, and then not to waste food, then we are given awful choices in school and by the time we graduate we don't have a clue anymore.. so I would focus on…

I don't think so.. I think fiber and protein are a safe place to be over.. if you are finding you are having trouble loosing then maybe backing off a little.. but as long as its lean protein I say go for it.
