we always bake our bacon. We use a cookie drying rack on top of a baking sheet.. bake at 350 for about 30 minutes.. all the fat lands in the cooke sheet.. way better than frying. Try flavoring the water with crystal light or something for a few weeks and get your 8 glasses that way.. then taper off the crystal light. At that point your bosy will be so used to getting the 8 glasses you will be thirsty enough to drink plain water.
