How do you make your broccoli taste better while still keeping it healthy? I usually steam these sometimes mixed sometimes with cheese but im trying to avoid putting butter on them! I like asparagus, broccoli, cauliflower, carrots peas, and spinach

Asparagas - a little olive oil, some balsamic and some garlic either grilled or sauted
Broccoli and Cauliflower - steamed with some mrs. dash or oven roasted and then drizzle with balsamic..yummy
carrots - we love those raw with some hummus or other dip
peas - sorry , can't stomuch them but we oven roast brussel sprouts just like the cauliflower
spinach - only in a sald for me0 -
sometimes I squeeze some lime on broccoli once it's steamed....gives it a bit of zing with minimal calories!0

Discover all the wonderful herbs and spices you can sprinkle on. For a simple one try Mrs. Dash.0

Spinach is good with some diced tomatoes. I think that that the tomatos add a good flavor.0

Oooh! Have you tried putting ranch popcorn seasoning on them? Weird maybe... but delicious0

i use not all at once, mrs dash, red pepper flakes, parmesan cheese but just a teaspoon or so, or sautee with garlic. usually i just eat it plain. once you start eating good for you foods for a while they start to actually taste good.0

I may be a little biased because I love broccoli all by itself but I do sometimes melt one of those laughing cow light wedges over it and it is so good. If you use the french onion one it almost tastes like broccoli casserole. The wedges are 35 calories a piece!0
