WOOOOO! had someone explain/walk me through the excel sheets and enter everything I needed to....turns out I was eating WAY TOO LITTLE. About 600 calories to little a day. So I followed instructions and now have mfp set to suggestions....and am needing to eat 2000 calories a day. Whoa.

I plan on adding Zumba to my routine tomorrow! Right now I'm doing 30 minutes stationary bike in the morning and 30ds in the evening, but the bike is just so....blah. Zumba looks like fun and from what I've read you burn way more calories, so I'm on board!
