I thought I was going crazy finding that certain shoes were too big, but it seems to be the truth. Have had to ditch a few pair. With 25 lbs. lost, I dropped half a size from 10 to 9.5 :smile:

Strange as it sounds, you may not be eating enough calories. I have had more success eating 1400 calories/day than 1200. If you don't eat enough (depends too on how much you are exercising), your body thinks it needs to go into starvation mode, and will not let go of the extra weight.

I think that if you are MFP friends with your husband, he can go in and view your food diary and copy a food from your diary to his. I haven't tried it, but I want to be able to share "recipes" for the dinner items we come up with for my husband also. You will both need to adjust your settings to make sure your diary is…
