it will be a challenge for me because i dont eat all day.. but I'm only 5'1 and weigh 140 geeze if i have one piec of pizza i put on 3lbs overnight.... i think i'm depressed a little just dont have motivation.. but I am going to the fleamarket and getting vegetables this morning..
