if in every other regard you feel completely normal, it's prolly just due to any changes in what you've eaten over the last day or so. otherwise, if it goes beyond 3-4 days, call/see a nurse/dr just in case it's something more serious.

i can agree with a previous poster on getting flavored coffee. i needed to get away from syrups and flavored creamers when i was diagnosed as diabetic. as a sustitute i buy flavored coffee, and add a packet of truvia & skim milk. if you're by a Target that advertises "fresh grocery", they have an awesome selection of yummy…

i like the sound of the lentil soup! i already have all of the ingredients too, so it might just be dinner tomorrow night! thanks!

Five Guys Burgers and Fries! :drinker: Salty and doused in malt vinegar and ketchup, oh, I'm salivating just thinking about it! Good thing there's not one of those within 50+ miles of me right now!

AND THIS! fennel seeds RUIN italian/sicilian food for me! i know your pain.

i will agree with the overcooked vegetables, particularly broccoli. also, the sheer SMELL of KFC makes me nauseaous (i used to love KFC, BTW). the absolue worst for me though is non-lean cuts of meat; any kind of chunks of fat on meat will make me gag every time. i've been like this since i was a kid; when we would have…

this is normal. i will occasionally weigh myself first thing in the morning, nekkid, after using the toilet, and i will see a number that is sometimes 4 lbs lighter than what i would see under my typical weigh-in parameters. (typical parameters are - once a week, in the morning, in some clothes, after the toilet, and after…

awesome NSV! LOVE IT! i can (sort of) relate... 10 years ago i worked at a banana republic (wearing their largest sizes) and had the in-store credit card - i bought A LOT of clothes. fast forward a few years; i've moved on, i no longer work there, and the clothes no longer fit :ohwell: i've never closed the credit account,…

this is EXACTLY what we do too! half of the pizza is garden veggie (for me) and the other half is whatever DH is in the mood for. two slices for me, the rest goes in the fridge for another meal, and i add a gigantic leafy salad (mix of spinach and romaine) wilth red wine vinegar as dressing.
-
 !!!
-
i just use a little bit of red wine vinegar. just a little goes a looong way. every once in a while i might add a some generic salad seasoning, like mccormick salad supreme seasoning. i used to get a yummy one from spice islands, but i think they stopped making it, i have not seen it in years :ohwell:

^^^ Maybe I should do some LUNGES!

i've always preferred the original classic - plain (unfrosted) strawberry.

all of these things have already been said, but i'm repeatin' 'em anyway, cuz they're good, solid ideas! OLIVE OIL! roast veggies in olive oil and a sprinkle of salt, saute cooked veggies in olive oil, or add olive oil to vinegar on a salad. AVOCADO! add avocado to salads & sammiches (or just eat plain  ) YOGURT!…

i get a good chunk of my potassium from V8 vegetable juice (i get the low sodium version) and also from (i was surprised by this) my morning coffee! i drink a lot of black coffee (brewed, not instant), and was pleasantly surprised by how much potassium i am getting from it. of course, i'm sure i drink too much coffee,…

i would go in this order 1) food scale! i use mine ALL THE TIME. it's super helpful! i have this one http://www.target.com/p/escali-primo11lb-capacity-digital-scale/-/A-10636535#prodSlot=medium_1_11&term=food+scale 2) home equipment 3) heart rate moniter 4) gym membership etc.
-
i start with 64 oz (almost 2 litres) and try to go up from there. i have a 32 oz (about 1 litre) reusable water bottle that i fill and drink at least twice a day. it takes the guesswork out of measuring for logging purposes.

This is awesome. This is what I will think of when I'm discouraged. Amazing!
