Hey guys...My name is Stephanie, I'm 32 and a SAHM of twin boys and currently living in Hawaii. I have a loooot of weight to lose but for this month I would be happy to lose 5lbs. I vote arms because I've done the 30 day shred a couple times now, and as it's a good workout, it didn't really do much for me.

70 done! Instead of my husband doing them with me he his helping with my balance and form. I'm not able to get my legs to go parallel to theground. I think that's why I'm only feeling it iny quads and my back is starting to hurt.
