Trader Joe's is awesome and it has a lot of unique products that are priced really well, and they do some great things regarding not allowing certain ingredients in their foods (like Red 40), but it is not a health foods store.

I did too (or, rather, my girlfriend surprised me with a pair). How are yours working out? After that speaker at our last class talked about shoe-buying, I'm afraid mine are a wee bit snug. But they are a massive improvement on my 6-year-old Reeboks! :)

I like taking a serving of dry (uncooked) steel-cut oats and mixing it with half a cup of Fage's 0% Greek yogurt and some fruit that I warm up in the microwave (I've been buying frozen berries and mango lately, so I just thaw them and let them warm a bit). Then I stir it all together and enjoy. :)
