  • If you love beer but just drink a few, i find it all piles the weight on quickly. If you get badly drunk it seems like you can actually loose a little weight (unhealthy). Or fluid loss?:laugh:
  • If you have increased the intensity of your workouts and calorie intake you may be gaining muscle weight. :wink: Also I'm male and 5ft 11, I'm told I can consume nearly 4900 calories a day, but I know if I consume more than 3500 I will put on weight :huh:
