I'd say be smart with your 'cheat day' and don't completely binge out on all the foods you have been missing. If your goal is weight loss then try to limit the cheat to a few hours or half a day maybe? And rather than diving into the full fat goodness try and find a slight alternative... for example instead of a full fat…
