Thanks! Yeah, I started off slow with it but now I use it every day. I need to be pretty spot on with what I've had during the day so it definitely helps there.

You may just recover quicker than most people and if you eat enough that also helps the recovery time.

Technically speaking you don't need any supps, as long as you are have the correct amount of calories. Work out what your TDEE is, there is good calculators at IIFYM.com then stay around 10-20% above that to gain size with minimum fat gain. That's what I'm doing at the moment. Also make sure your macros are correct.…

Remember that a lb of fat is equal to 3500 cals. Eat 3500 cals less per week and that's a pound a week. Eat even less than that.....well you get the idea!
