My first tattoo was Godzilla on my right outer calf when I was in my late 20's. I've always been a huge Godzilla and Japanese monster fan, so I made sure my 1st one was something that was meaningful to me. I now have 14 with a few ideas for some more.

My gym is about 5 minutes away from where I live, so no biggie.

I've been steadily going down in shirt sizes and now I can fit into a small easily. About 3 years ago I could barely fit into an XL. I've completely changed my wardrobe.

Certain deep fried foods because the grease gives me upset stomach since I've adjusted to eating more grilled and baked stuff, such as chicken.

I look at old photos of myself and then look in my closet and see how the clothes i'm wearing is a few sizes smaller than what I used to wear. That helps to keep me in check. Plus that high I get when I walk out of the gym after a good work-out.

I wear earphones at the gym so if someone was singing I wouldn't hear it anyway. I don't think it should be a problem unless the people around you are uptight.

Eventually your body will adjust and you'll be able to do more time. Most people who just start out on exercise machines find that they could barely do 5 - 10 minutes. Years ago I started like that, now I could do an hour easily. Just keep at it.

I usually don't eat anything when I go to the movies. I avoid any kind of drinks (water, soda) because I don't want to have to suddenly go to the bathroom in the middle of the movie.

People who are chronically late or laggers. They'll say "I'll be there at 1:00pm" and then at 1:20pm they text saying they are running late. No duh! Or people who make vague plans to meet up with you but when they finally decide on a time it's about 5 - 8 hours later. They really expect you to sit around that long waiting…

I started getting rid of mine about 1½ years ago. Went from barely fitting into an XL to now medium (and sometimes small depending on the brand). Dropped a few pants sizes as well.
