It's about Kim doing what she does best. Being a no talent attention *kitten*. Just like Miley Cyrus, Nikki Minaj, etc.

I clicked on it once out of curiosity but after several clicks it was obvious that it was just going to try and sell some lame fad diet (and it still hadn't mentioned the 5 foods to avoid).

I've finally accepted the fact that I have to wear size medium shirts (when I used to barely fit into XL).

As everyone before has said, moderation is the key. I've noticed that now that I've gotten used to eating healthier that when I try to eat like I used to I get sick, and certain "junk" foods I now avoid (like KFC) because they'll make my stomach ache.

You probably should stop. If you're the type that once you start you can't stop then that's not a good sign so it's best to just avoid problems by not starting. There are certain people that I will not hang out with much anymore because they're the type who drink too much and they become a buzzkill.

Chips are a guilty pleasure for me. I usually will not buy them often, but when I do I'll buy a small bag and make it last a few days at least. I now always look at the labels and eat an actual portion instead of the entire bag. I usually go for the kinds that I can get the most chips without a lot of damage calorie-wise…

About the only thing that bugs me at the gym is when you go to the locker room and people go and take lockers right next to yours. You can see which lockers are taken by the locks on the door, and since there's about 6 walls of lockers you'd think someone would take a spot where there's not already a bunch taken, but yet…

I'm happy with my healthier lifestyle because I see the results of my hard work, I feel better, look better, etc. There's no greater feeling than the natural rush you get when you finish a good work out, when you try on clothes and they fit, when people are complimenting how great you look, when you have natural energy to…

Co-workers with learned helplessness syndrome. Rather than taking the extra minute to do the work themselves, they always run to someone else to do it for them, playing the stupid card. These people get on my damn nerves.
