Keep doing what you're doing and you should just delete this person. He sounds annoying. Or perhaps you could comment on each of his posts and find something negative to focus on (e.g. the fruit you bought at the market was grown with chemicals, therefore it can't be good for you, etc). Haha!

I can now wear clothes that are 1 size smaller, and some of my pants and shorts that before used to barely fit me now fit me easily, in some cases loosely so I need a belt. I had to buy a smaller sized belt as well.

I still managed to lose weight with a cheat day here and there. Even on my cheat days, even though I don't log in my food, I didn't go overboard.

Nothing really except sitting around and doing nothing for 2 hours. I pack my gym bag the night before and right after work I head straight to the gym to get it done. Afterwards I can go on with my day.

As soon as I enter a movie theatre I turn off my phone and keep it off until the movie is over. If you need to keep in contact with someone then maybe you should just stay home where you'll be more accessible and not interrupt others.

What finally worked for me was counting my calories on My Fitness Pal. The gym alone wasn't enough as I wasn't aware that I wasn't creating a calorie deficit, which was my needed boost to shed the pounds.

Good for you. I started exercising/eating better when I turned 40 as well, and about 1½ years later I managed to lose 50 lbs.

Stick to counting your calories.

Some lemon juice with sea salt and pepper would be good. Maybe add a little bit of olive oil. Salsa is also a good substitute for salad dressing.
