That's a difficult question to answer, I think you are supposed to have a full day off between exercise ( but don't quite me on that) although gentle exercise is OK. Exactly. Fruit isn't just made of sugar. It contains vitamins, minerals, fibre, anti oxidants and important enzymes. The fructose in different varieties in fruit also varies quite a bit. Just eat a balanced diet.

Socialising with friends and family, which usually involves lots of food and drink. Ive managed to shake off the eating when stressed / bored/ emotional pattern that I used to be in which is a relief.

No i don't either. if I am out having food with friends or whatever I might relax a bit but that's usually because i earn a lot of calories through exercise. Yes I've been doing Body Pump classes at the gym for about a year now. I like it and will keep on going. I'm def stronger and more toned.

yes its true there is a big link between low cholesterol /low fat diets and depression, the cells in the body need a layer of healthy fat including cholesterol and a layer of water to function properly. I looked into it myself a few years ago to try and find ways to improve my mental health through nutrition.

I've been on medication a really long time so its hard to remember but I have changed it a few times over the years and I agree it can have a bad effect on you, just take it easy and listen to your body until the meds have settled, you don't want your anxiety to get worse .
