I don't recommend it. A year and a half ago I lost 50 pounds in about 5 months. It caused significant health issues that I am still dealing with. Be patient and do it safely. Even a 20 pound loss will make you feel great! Good Luck!

You control what you put in your mouth. You just have to make the choice to not eat sweets. It may take several days, but eventually the cravings will go away. Good Luck - I know sweets are a tough one.

Losing the gluten has helped my IBS AND acid reflux quite a bit. No longer need to take medication for either. Jean

I use a little mayo with pesto and freshly grated Parmesan cheese - keeps it very moist while it bakes and it's delicious. My family devours it.
