Prior to my new routine I was lifting light and high rep and saw no change in my measurements. Now that I lift as heavy as I can tolerate for 8-10reps the inches are coming off.

I'm much larger than you but i have been doing a more serious weight lifting routine for the last 4weeks. I do a four day split and track my progress. Each week trying to push harder than the last. I'm always sore after my workout so my muscles have been worked. My husband took my measurements two weeks ago and again a few…

Firstly let me say how wonderful you look! Congratulations on your weight loss thus far, I know how much work it takes. ;) I am very much in your position..I have lost 65lbs to date and I too found my motivation wavering over the last few months. I have tried it in the past and it tastes very good but now that I am more educated IMHO I think there are much better protein powders out there. Go online, there are lots of conversation about it.

It can be a challenge to find ones that don't slip. I've tried lululemon and they slip even with the rubber on the back of them. So far the best…

My heart rate monitor on average reads around 500-550 calories in a 60min workout. I typically do 30min of weight training, and approx. 30min of some sort of cardio. These days I've been doing a lot of skipping rope intervals and that seems to burn most calories for me.

Years ago I was suffering miserably with plantar fasciitis and a heal spur. I tried everything the doctor recommended and still had lots of pain. So much so that it was making it hard to exercise at all. I could barely walk. So I had the cortisone shot to the heal. Yes, it hurts a bit but I was willing to do anything to…

I wear thongs all the time and find them much more comfortable then regular panties. They don't ride up and move around. I think the best advise i can give you is make sure you have the proper fit. If they are too small they will dig into you and if they are too big they will shift about.
