Usually after work when I'm changing into my PJ's. It's odd, but I weigh less in the afternoon then I do in the morning even after eating and drinking a lot of water (and peeing a lot).

Fridays weight for me was 178. :D After flirting with the idea all week long, my scale decides to be nice and reward me with the 170's. I haven't seen them since I was 19 and I wasn't happy about them that time.

I was having this problem when I first started. I suggest a daily fiber supplement. I take benefiber. It's three times a day and it is tasteless so you can put it in anything, but I just mix it with water.

I don't really late night snack (unless I'm binge eating, because that does tend to happen sometimes), but my before 8 pm snack is either jello or water ice, maybe some chex mix. I like something I can eat while watching TV.

I go with a cheat day, because I don't log what I eat that day, but it mostly is just a meal unless company is over. If we have people over, the meal is out the door and it's a full blown day. From what I've read off of a friend who got a free sample of it, you sprinkle the stuff on your food and smell it before you eat it. The smell is suppose to suppress your appetite. She only got 4 days in before she tossed the stuff.

You should eat them back or at least until your net calories say you have eaten 1,200 with your workout extracted from your total. If not, you'd only be eating 281 for the entire day. I agree. Binge eating, to me, is the soul purpose and intent of eating a ton of food either because you are board/hormonal/upset or all of the above. I use to call that left over night. I drink V8 fruit fusion juice every morning. It comes in a few different flavors, but it isn't really all that low calorie, so you have to allot for it in your daily intake.

I don't think it's rude, I think it is smart. I know a co-worker who is trying to lose weight, but can't, because she keeps getting take away with the rest of the girls every night. I think if you ever want to treat yourself, but if it helps you stay on track, go for it.

I'm 5 foot 3 inches and MPF started me on 1,680 a day. It has been reduced down to 1,570. As my goal get's lower, I am going to slowly ease exercise in so I am still eating about 1,500 to 1,600 a day. I want to learn how to eat healthy first.

I take a salad. It's portable and I don't have to really think about what I am buying anymore. I also save a lot of money. I still do buy out once a week.

For me, it's a treat. I treated myself on St. Patrick's day because I saved room for it. It's not a everyday thing (it never was, made me break out like crazy), but once I week I would enjoy a Captain and coke. Now that has been changed to once every blue moon.
