The girls at 7/11 always comment on my V8 Juice hording and how healthy I have been eating lately. These are the girls who saw me buying stacks of bags of junk food, pizza rolls, and sandwiches for all the two and a half years I have worked at the shop two blocks up from there store.

I have free days. They aren't often and usually only when we go out to eat, which is once every two months tops. I stick to one meal and I don't go to wild. I also don't log it, because I don't want to feel guilty about it.

Twister is on that list! I use to drink Twister all the time at my grandparents house when I was little.

Yes and no. My fat work clothes, yes. I'll be so happy to part with them and be able to wear nicer work clothes. However, I have cute conversation starter shirts that I cannot get rid of and sports team memorabilia that I cannot part with.

I still haven't moved into my size 20 jeans yet, but I think that's because I tend to like my jeans a little baggy. I think five more pounds and i'll feel more comfortable in them. It depends on how comfortable you feel and the make of the clothes.

I saw this cupcake in 7/11 that were 530 calores for 1/4 of the thing. I promptly put it back on the shelf and grabbed some popchips.

I've noticed it goes down by 10 calories for every two pounds you lose. Every time I lose a pound, I try to reevaluate my goals in case I have earned a new calorie goal.

I'm giving up cursing and cheat days. I did cursing last year and every time I accidentally cursed, I donated a dollar into a fund that went right into my churches collection plate. No, you should rest. Exercising when you are sick will only make you feel worse and delay your body from getting better. Take it easy for a few days and ease back into working out slowly. Hope you feel better soon!

I didn't wake up in time for breakfast, so I had a ham and cheese lean pocket, 1 serving of progesso Italian Wedding Soup, and V8 fusion juice with 1 serving of benefiber mixed in.

I don't add daily things like walking to work and stuff, because my body is use to that kind of exercise. However, if I was working out in a gym or in a situation of doing a lot of work that made me sweat, yeah, I would add it in.

They are good for satisfying a chip craving, I've tried the sea salt ones, but I do enjoy popchips just a tad bit better.

I only eat them when I don't have enough calories for my mothers cooking or they are eating something I don't like.

I just count calories, so there is no need for anyone to see just a bunch of quick added numbers. They were selling them at K-mart the other day. I ran past the table before they could even ask. Luckily for me, I haven't had a girl scout cookie in years, so I don't really crave them.

I use to eat at burger king at least once a week. I'd also super size my meal, so it'd be close to 2,000 calories when I was done eating. And that would be just for lunch alone, I'd eat dinner that night, too.

I eat the same things as the rest of my family, I just make sure that I have enough calories and I don't go back for seconds. I save the left over calories for a small snack later. It works. I agree! I did like I Now Pronounce You Chuck And Larry, because Kevin James really stole the movie. And Will Ferrell is just playing Ron Burgundy over and over again. I love Anchorman, but I don't really care for anything else he has done.

Same here. I always forget my bottled water in the car or I lose it places. Plus, I would find randomly opened bottles all over the house and it would have to be tossed away because I didn't know who it belong to. Filtered is the best way to go

Working out does mean you can eat more. If fact, you need to eat more to replace what you just worked off. Sure, that doesn't mean pulling up to a McDonald's drive thru and having at it because you burned 100 calories. I usually have a bowl of cereal with milk and V8 Fusion juice. I tend to keep it small.
