Yeah I may not be getting enough fat, I cut out most dairy because I'm allergic to casein (though I still eat cheese on occasion) I do avocado/olive oil in some stuff but not everything. I'll have to track my fat intake and see if that's the issue. Thanks for the ideas, everyone!

Yeah people always tell me to just force myself to just eat. What they don't seem to understand is if I do, I will throw it up. That's the whole reason I stick to mostly liquid vegetables and fruit since I'm less likely to have problems with them. But even then I have such a hard time getting in more then 400-600 calories…

I've lost 30lbs in around 6 months with no exercise, but I'm having issues with my appetite lacking while trying to cure a chronic illness called SIBO.

Lost 15lbs on wellbutrin, but it didn't help otherwise so they switched me to cymbalta which did nothing so they switched me to savella which gives me hotflashes. Then they put me on remeron and I was eating everything in sight, gained 10lbs, got off of it. Now I'm on Lyrica which helps me be more social, no bad side…
