Welcome back! Feel free to add me, always looking to help others with motivation, etc! Plus, anyone with a Bouncing Souls ticker is pretty awesome in my book! :)

I took it a few years back and wouldn't recommened it to anyone. It's a quick fix if you don't do it the right way, I gained all mine back and I had the same "I have no appetite" reaction to it. I would forget to eat for days on end because I was so busy powering through everything else with all the energy I had that…

Same with me about the chicken nuggets! I HAVE to bite off all the sides first then the remaining two larger sides and then the chicken. :s Also, a burger. I have to eat it one layer at a time. My food can't touch on my plate unless it's already a cooked dish like a casserole, etc. Cadbury Carmello(God, I haven't had one…

Woohoo, me too! :) What chain?

A picture I took yesterday because as I was working out, I saw what progress I have made and it made me proud. :)

Agree with this. I've posted about this in another thread. It keeps me on my game. If I ate something out of the ordinary one day and my scale goes up the next morning, I know not to do that again. I do, however, get that "OH DARN!" reaction when it does go up but it certainly doesn't ruin my day, I just make different…

**Ultimate** goal gift for myself would be boobz. (Mine are almost gone and I haven't even gotten to my goal yet. Don't let the profile picture fool you. Bras do wonders, but they don't help the confidence!) jus' sayin' .... IF NOT, a super awesome tattoo would be good. :)

I work mostly 3-11's but this week I'm on 7-3 for the next 7 days. It throws off my schedule because my body gets used to one and then BAM, change it up. If it's food-wise you're worried about too, just plan ahead. We make all our meals, package them in correct serving size plastic containers and pop them in the freezer.…

71 pounds total to lose, down 24 now. I have PCOS but am not on Metformin anymore, I slowly stopped taking it. My tummy couldn't handle it. As I've lost weight though, everything has been getting back to normal. :) Feel free to add me if you'd like. :)

Agree 100% with this. Weighing in everyday helps keep me in-line. :)
-
Ohmygoodness! How cute! I'm going to make some! That's such a great idea, I love putting things into perspective like this. Thanks! :)

bump --- to read later since everyone seems to get teary-eyed. I can't cry at work... LOL

24! Add me. Always looking for more motivation, so anyone else can add me, too! :)

This is awesome inspiration for me. Thank you so much for posting these and congrats to you! You look amazing!! :)
-
lmao, I read it this morning at work. I was like OMFGZOMBIES! Hahaha
-
Amazing!! :)

Oh yeah! I forgot about that! Crying after coming out of the anesthesia... it's not horrible, just weird feeling. "WHY AM I CRYING!?" haha
-
I had all 4 of mine removed, under general anesthesia. My two lower ones were impacted so they were the worst. BEST 30 mintutes of sleep I ever got.(LOL) Didn't hurt, either. Soreness, yes but excrciating or uncomfortable pain?? No. not for me atleast. Everyones body is different, though. They will prescribe you pain meds…

Same here!! No need for negativity, YOU DO YOU!! :) Adding you, ma'am! :D
-
SWFL here! :)

I don't eat too much with dairy in it so I don't know if that's a problem or not. I drink a lot of water, about 12-13 cups a day.. It's not horrible acne, just random annoying spots like you say... Still frustrating! lol

Agree with searching YouTube for workouts. I don't know if your injury permits this, but I love doing jackknives on the exercise ball. :)

Hi there! I'm always here so feel free to add me, also! :)
