Hi there! Unfortunately, I've tried the at home videos, etc. It doesn't work for me! Being lazy usually wins over working out at home. I need to be able to get out of the house and do it. I have an exercise ball and a mat at home that I will do little things here and there if I can't make it to the gym for some reason! :P…

Holy crap! LOL BUMP..... These can be made with just regular shredded chicken breast, I'm assuming. Not much for canned chicken so I'll probably end up doing that. They sound amazing! Thanks alot! :)

I was dealing with this for the last few days but mine was due to TOM. It was TERRIBLE. Same thing for me, painful, up a few pounds, and looked pregnant! I used a heating pad and it seemed to work a bit! Good luck and I definitely feel your pain!!
